Jennifer Hope, Ph.D.

I received my Ph.D. in Applied Developmental Psychology (School Psychology) from Teachers College, Columbia University, and provide psychoeducational, psychological, and neuropsychological evaluations for all age groups; executive skills and study skills assessment and training for children and adults; and school and parent consultation, in English or Spanish. 

Having worked extensively with both children and adults, I can help you understand issues such as AD/HD, learning disorders, behavioral disturbances, autism spectrum disorders and other developmental delays, cognitive problems, and psychological difficulties such as depression and anxiety. My private practice is based in Brooklyn, New York.

In addition to my private practice, I am an Adjunct Associate Professor of School Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University, where I supervise doctoral and master’s level students, in counseling and assessment. 

I also worked for several years as a school psychologist in the NYC public schools and Regional Committee on Special Education, and as a research psychologist on several projects at the NYS Psychiatric Institute.
